Four Self-catering Lodges, our brand new Guest Rooms and a large Games and Function Hall, situated in the Northumberland National Park.

Our Facilities

Brown Rigg has a large Games & Function Hall that can be booked by Guests from the ‘Book Now’ page. It is perfect for group get togethers and celebrations and can be used for wedding receptions, as a class room or as a meeting room.

The large grassy area outside the lodges is great for BBQs as well as playing swing ball and basketball. Children will love the large tarmac courtyard, which is safe for them to play and ride their bikes and scooters. There are picnic tables located around the site for eating and drinking alfresco, and free WiFi is available site wide.

FUNCTION HALL

Our spacious Function Hall is an adaptable space which can be furnished and arranged to suit your event. It’s a great place for meetings, family reunions, parties, wedding receptions and more. There’s plenty of good parking on hard ground too.

FIELD & PLAY AREA

Outside, there is a barbecue area, a large tarmac courtyard for playing swing ball and basketball and it`s also ideal for children’s cycling. If you can summon the energy there is a private games field where you can play football and cricket.

SPACE FOR GAMES

An evening full of games is not meant just for the kids. With pool, table-tennis, and more, there are plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained in our popular Function Hall.

LAUNDRY & DRYING ROOM

Perfect for drying off those muddy walking boots or simply for keeping up with the washing whilst on holiday, our Laundry and Drying room is free for guests to use and is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, boot/shoe rack, a selection of clothes airers and Ecover detergent and fabric conditioner.

A peaceful and tranquil place for a relaxing holiday, Brown Rigg Lodges are spacious and comfortable. Each lodge has three bedrooms sleeping up to six people per lodge.

Our six stylish Guest Rooms have an en-suite shower room each, and each bedroom can be configured as a twin room with two single beds or as a double room with a Super-King Bed.
