Listed below are the meals that will be served during StarFest at Brown Rigg. We hope that the meals will be suitable for everyone, however if any member of your group has specific dietary requirements or preferences, please let us know and we will do our best to meet them.
We will email you a form prior to the event, on which to make your food choices from the options below, Also on the same form please let us know about any specific dietary requirements any members of your group have (we will do our best to meet them), and return it to us at least 2-weeks before the event. Day 1 (Arrival Day)
Dinner
> Pizza straight from the Brown Rigg pizza oven with a choice of toppings; or
> Burger from the griddle in a fresh bread roll;
> All served with home made chips and salad; followed by
> A hot pudding or ice cream; and
> A hot or cold drink.
Evening Refreshments
> Cake or cookie; and
> A hot or cold drink.
Day 2
Breakfast
> Hot bacon, egg and tomato roll; or
> Cereal & breakfast pastry; served with
> Fresh Orange Juice; and
> Tea or Coffee.
Lunch
> Baked potato from our potato oven with a choice of fillings; or
> Home made soup and a roll; and
> A hot or cold drink.
Dinner
> Chilli con carne and rice; or
> Pasta and sauce;
> All served with garlic bread; followed by
> A hot pudding or ice cream; and
> A hot or cold drink.
Evening Refreshments
> Cake or cookie; and
> A hot or cold drink.
Day 3 (Departure Day)
Breakfast
> Hot bacon, egg and tomato roll; or
> Cereal & breakfast pastry; served with
> Fresh Orange Juice; and
> Tea or Coffee.
Lunch
> Sandwich (choice of fillings);
> Crisps;
> A piece of fruit; and
> A hot or cold drink.
