Dark Skies Rally 2023 - Food & Camping

This is where you can book Sunday Dinner and/or Camping for the 2023 RallyMoto Dark Skies Rally.

Sunday Dinner

The following meals are already included as part of your entry fee, and you do not need to book them separately: Friday Dinner; Saturday Morning Breakfast; Saturday Dinner; Saturday Supper; & Sunday Morning Breakfast.

If in addition you would like a Sunday Dinner then you need to book it ahead of the event and pay for it here. The price of a Sunday Dinner is £8.00 and it will be served when you arrive back at Brown Rigg after your day’s ride. If you are heading home and want a hot meal before setting off, or if  you are staying over on Sunday night, then you may want to book yourself a hot meal.

Sunday Dinner will be Sausage & Mash with Onion Gravy and Peas. If you have any dietary requirements, e.g. you are a vegetarian or have food allergies then please email us to let us know at [email protected].

Camping

Camping at Brown Rigg is at a flate rate of £25 per person for the weekend which allows you to stay for up to 3 nights starting on Friday the 27th of October. Drinking water, bins and washing-up sinks are all provided as well as a Shower Block with 2 showers, sinks and WCs. Other WCs are additionally provided around the site. Please note that there are no waste diposal points for chemical toilets or any electric hookups, should you require these, you can book a pitch with our next door neighbour at ‘Bellingham Carvan and Camping Club Site’.

IMPORTANT – Please be aware that you will be required to camp on grass, there is no hard-standing for motorhomes. If the weather has been significantly wet before the event, then the camping field can get muddy. In the unlikely event that you get stuck, we can give you a tow out with our tractor. Please do not book camping at Brown Rigg if your vehicle is not suited to camping on grass.
