Marquees

We can arrange for Marquees and Tipis to be hired in to extend our courtyard area and some of our grassed areas into additional function spaces.

Archery

Challenge yourself with one of the oldest traditional sports. Book an archery session led by a qualified Archery Coach. A wide range of equipment is provided for all ages and abilities. Archery is suitable for people of 6 years old and over.

• You will learn about the bow and how to draw it safely.
• You will be helped with how to consistently hit the target.
• You will learn how to keep score.

We can provide archery sessions for individuals, families and groups as well as for larger events like weddings, parties, country fairs and corporate events.

Wild Food Foraging and Artisan Cooking Courses

Foraging Explore the Northumberland countryside through a foraging course and find out what seasonal wild foods can be found. On a wild food forage and feast course you will learn how to find, identify and prepare the many edible wild plants and mushrooms that Northumberland has to offer. Artisan Cookery Much of our wild harvest is gourmet and sort-after by top chefs. Learn how to prepare and preserve some of nature’s finest offerings into both delicious dishes and ingredients to be enjoyed all year round. Cooking courses teach how to make the most of your foraging bounty. We also teach wild game preparation for the more adventurous which teaches you to take it from field to table.

Wood Fired Pizza Oven Catering

These Wood-Fired Pizzas provide a truly unique and quirky menu and presence at your event. As well as traditional pizza toppings we also offer a range of Northumbrian Wild Food ingredients and creative artisan delicacies; ranging from rabbit, wild garlic leaf, seasonal wild mushrooms to lemon and chilli peppered smoked salmon. We can cater large events with our purpose-built kitchen run on solar & wood in an ex-military truck with a large bespoke pizza oven.
