Special Offers 2010

 25% discount  on total price when two consecutive weeks are booked.

 20% discount  on total price for two people occupying an apartment (We request that you leave one of the three bedrooms unused).

15% discount  in September and October 2010 when you book directly with us

Prices are all inclusive for each apartment and include VAT, electricity, bedding, drying room, TV and washing machine.

Not included are towels, toiletries, food (except for some basic welcome items) and phone calls.

We have some basic baby/toddler equipment. These are available to use on request.

Extra charges are made for pool table and pet cleaning (£20 extra per visit for up to two dogs).

We request a 25% deposit on booking and full payment, 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Bookings made within 4 weeks are to be paid in full at that time.

Arrival after 4 pm. Departure before 10.30 am.  You can drop your bags off earlier if preferred.

Payment by cheque. Cheques are payable to Brownrigg Lodges.

Confirmation and a receipt will be sent to you by post or e-mail.

Terms and Conditions of Hire

The following legal terms and conditions apply once you have booked.

1 The Hirer shall not sub-let the premises.

2 The number of people occupying the premises shall not exceed six.

3 The Hirer binds and obliges himself to vacate the hired premises by 10.30 am on the agreed departure date noted on the receipt.

4 The Hirer binds and obliges himself to pay for damages caused beyond reasonable wear and tear.

5 Upon cancellation by the Hirer within 28 days of arrival, he shall be liable for the total hire cost.

6 The Landlord may treat the booking as cancelled if full payment is not received prior to 28 days before the arrival date.

7 The Hirer shall undertake to prevent any member of the party from causing an unreasonable nuisance or disturbance to other residents. In the event of a serious problem arising, the Landlord has the right to ask the Hirer or party member to leave. Please note we request guests to be quiet in the hall after 11 pm.

8 The Landlord accepts no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to the possessions and property of the Hirer.
